About Bob

Bob is an American Citizen in Rome for over 30 years. Originally from Ohio, at the age of 8, he moved to Southern California where he went to highschool and played basketball and baseball till he was 18. At 18, Bob moved with his family to Rome where he finished school and started playing Pro-Baseball in the Italian League. Bob's Baseball career gave him the opportunity to travel through Italy many times. After his Baseball Career he started working with the Italian Telephone Company as an translator, english being his first language.

After 3 years with the phone company, Bob decided to go into the Limousine / Tourism Business. This enabled him to meet people from all over the world, helping them satisfy their needs and answering questions. Knowing the language in a foreign land like Rome is essential to having a great time and being safe!

If one does not know the language, it is important to know a person who does. A person they can confide in. Someone whom they can trust to translate what is being said by either party!

There are many visitors out there who have had their vacation stay ruined due to not knowing the language. There are many phony drivers and agencies in Rome who will take advantage of the "not understanding' by taking you for as much money as they can get.
