Hello Bob,
We have just returned home from our trip. On Wed. April 8th, Franco was there waiting for us by the ship & made sure we saw as much of Rome in 9 hours as is humanly possible, while still enjoying a very fun day. He made sure we got into major sights without lines which enabled us to see much more than any other tour could have & brought us to a wonderful square to enjoy lunch. A perfect crazy day!! On Thursday, Salvatore met us in Sorrento & we saw Pompeii, a drive by of Naples,

Just a word to tell you that your limo and tour service was all that we expected.
Franco took us to the coliseum and then to our ship. He even found a bank for us to exchange dollars. His English was good and he was very nice. After we returned to Rome, Enzo picked us up and took us to Pompeii. There, we were introduced to our guide, Francesca. All six of us were impressed by Francesca’s knowledge and her use of photos to help us better understand. She is really good. These two are a great team and their English is very good. Enzo has a terrific personality and he found a lovely restaurant for our lunch. He went out of his way to help me find a small suitcase (for gifts that we bought) at the conclusion of the tour. Both Franco and Enzo were excellent drivers and they knew there way everywhere.

We were in Rome on October 23-25 and used your services. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your tours and drivers. Salvatore spent 12 hours with us on Saturday touring Pisa and Florence. My husband is disabled and Salvatore went out of his way to get us as close to everything as possible. He was a joy to spend the day with and I will highly recommend him to all of our friends here back in the states. We also toured Rome on Sunday and again the driver was great! My family and I would like to commend you, your company, and your drivers for adding to the wonderful experience of our first visit to Italy. Dealing with an unknown (to us) company for the first time, from so far away, left us a little unsure.
However, we could not have been more pleased with the truly professional service we received. We initially booked two tours in Rome and two transfers (to and from the cruise ship port in Civitavecchia). We were so happy with the quality of service that we booked additional tours of the Amalfi Coast from Naples and again to Pisa and Florence from Livorno. Both of these additional tours were booked through the drivers, and your responsiveness to these last minute additions was wonderful. Your drivers were always there when promised, the vehicles were in excellent condition, and the knowledge and personalities of the drivers added greatly to the experience!
I especially want to commend Salvatore to you. He was our driver in Rome and even came to Naples to take us on the tour of the Amalfi Coast. Once we met him it was as if he became part of our family. He was knowledgeable, very sociable, and very patient with us as we asked for minor changes to our tours "on the fly". We could not have been more pleased. In Livorno, Giacomo was also a pleasure to have.
In summary, I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone I meet, and would definitely use you should we come back for another visit. Thank you and your people for a job well done!

A few lines to thank you and our driver Salvatore for the excellent 8 hour tour of Rome we had on Monday 19th October. We started from our hotel, The Palazzo Cardinal Cesi, and we went everywhere. Salvatore was excellent, he could not have been nicer or more accommodating – his driving is brilliant and his knowledge base very good.
My only regret is that I failed to ‘tip’ him – I was so anxious to pay him and let him see inside the sacred hallows of the hotel that it completely slipped my mind until he had left. Please apologize to him and tell him I will make it up next year!
Yes I will use your company again and will definitely ask for Salvatore as he is so good (his English is excellent by the way).

We used your service 4 times during our stay – and each time you were early and never made us wait. In addition, you took us to Tivoli and waited for us while we roamed the countryside. I just wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful time we had in Rome on September 22. 2009 thanks to your limo tour and especially our driver Angelo. He was so informative and very entertaining. He put out extraordinary energy to make our day wonderful and unforgettable. We loved the way he had prepared his notebook for very informative information on all the sights. We were amazed at his extraordinary driving skills and his ability to get us the best views of all the sights and with little walking time. He met us at the train at the appointed time. Dear Bob,
Bob and I wanted to thank you for the excellent service we received from you and your company while we were visiting Italia in the past couple weeks (12 July-23 July). All of the drivers were very professional and a delight to visit with during our travels. Massimo was warm and friendly with a wonderful sense of humour that made our first encounter at the airport a welcome relief from the drudgery of travelling for 22+ hours and by the end of our trip felt like an old friend. We also especially enjoyed the tremendous amount of historical and everyday knowledge that we gained from our day with Salvatore touring through Roma. His enthusiasm to show off the city and highlight the overwhelming amount of history that has taken place there was a delight. The Vatican tour was also a real high light. The breadth of information and the obvious joy of sharing this with others, made our afternoon with Michaela unforgettable. To top it all off, the ristorante Consolato d'Abruzzo that you selected for us was one of the most delicious meals during our trip. The antipasti, pretty much put me over the edge. Sorry it has taken me a week to send this to you but for some reason we have been really jetlagged after this trip.
Just wanted to send a message of thanks for the wonderful service which you and your staff provided for us during our recent trip to Rome.
The transfers to and from our Hotel were extremely efficient and I cannot speak highly enough of our driver to Assissi and Florence - Salvatore. He was just magnificent. We felt extremely safe and he also gave us a history lesson along the way!!! He provided some wonderful photo opportunities for us which we would have never found on our own, and even accompanied me while shopping in Florence and made sure I was looked after very well by the sales staff.
By the end of the day we felt as though we had known him all our lives - what a delightful character. Tell him I am still waiting for an email!!!
Will be sending some Aussie souvenirs over shortly. I had intended bringing them with me, however they were left behind inadvertedly.
I have mentioned your Company to my Travel Agent. who is also a dear friend, and hopefully she will be able to send some clients your way.
Thanks once again for making our stay in Rome so enjoyable, and if we ever visit again, we will think about doing a day trip maybe to Capri/Sorrento, and of course it will have to be with Salvatore as our driver!!

I want to thank your whole team for a super job in helping my wife, mother-in-law and myself maximize our experience in Italy. It was about perfect from the start. Your driver was prompt and courteous for the airport transfer to meet our flight. After a long trip and hours of flight delays, it was nice to have someone on the other end so efficient to help us to our hotel without delay. The next day, Carlo and Jerry did a superb job on the 8 hours Highlights of Rome (with Guide) tour. Jerry did a great job driving while Carlo laid out wonderfully the many sights we saw in a logical flow, linking the stories of each logically. Their coordination for drop off and pickup points as Carlo got out and narrated through all the stops was superb. There is simply no way we'd have gotten all the "education" we did with just a driving guide, and no way we'd have seen as much as we did as well. I thought we'd probably see one thing of interest an hour but we far exceeded that and I stopped counting all these things by mid-morning. My mother-in-law in particular was impressed and swears that Carlo must be a professor somewhere; and Jerry was so attentive and cordial. The next day on our trip to Pompeii and Sorrento, Salvatore whisked us from our hotel we picked up where we'd left off the previous day as we left Rome and hit the countryside of Italy driving past the vineyards, olive trees, farms, and towns. Salvatore was an exrtremely pleasant man and a very good driver. I was impressed with how he had arranged our Pompeii guide so quickly and was right there waiting for us when we finished that tour. Again, there was no way we'd have learned what we did without a guide to walk through the ancient city with us. >From there, it was a nice drive to Sorrento and the views on the way to this small town were



Hi Bob, With regard to the tours we took with your company on 5 & 8 October 2007. Both tours were conducted with great enthusiasm, knowledge of roman history, attention to detail, care and respect. Both Nic (Tour of Rome) and Amedeo (Vatican)were easy to get along with and treated us like friends rather than clients and as I was somewhat less mobile than most, as I was walking with great difficulty and using a stick,they both made sure that I had regular rest-stops and was not rushed in any way, I thank them very much for that. We visited every important piece of history in the time we had and will come back for more. I have now undergone total hip replacement surgery and am recovering extremely well, I will need to undergo replacement of my other hip in 6 months time but when I am fully active again, my husband and I intend to return to your city and visit the places we were unable to see because of my disability. My trip to Italy was a great thrill. Franco made sure i saw all the wonderful historical venues and he arranged a guide for the Vatican. I even had the opportunity to shop and enjoy a delicious lunch. GianMaire loooked after me like I was his grandmother. He took me to a vineyard where I could buy and taste olive oil and wine. Hi Bob -
It would not be an understatement to say that your drivers made it a trip of a lifetime. They were able to show us a lot that we would not have been able to see without them.
In Pisa and Florence John Maria (forgive me if I have the spelling wrong) effortlessly guided us to the best spot for pictures and memories. Unfortunately being there on a Monday we were unable to see the museums, but there was a lot to see and take in anyway. In Rome, Franco knew how to get us in line for the Sistine Chapel and his ability to drive the streets was truly amazing. In Naples, Domenico (again, not sure of the spelling) knew the area well and was able to get a guide who knew more about Pompei than I could imagine as well drive the Amalfi Coast expertly. Our lunch in Positano was terrific.
We recommended your service to a friend who took the same cruise a couple of weeks after us and they declined since they had already booked someone. It turned out that the drivers were rude, didn't speak english well and didn't adjust their itinerary at all to suit their customers. You have a great service!

Bob, I would like to tell you how pleased we were with Salvatore's tour.
Our original driver apparently was ill and Salvatore came in on his day off to do our tour. He went out of his way to make up the time missed due to the driver mishap. We want to thank Bob's Limosines for the delicious lunch at a "local" pizza place. We still remember the taste!!
Salvatore was an excellent tour guide! He went over and beyond what we expected and had on other tours. He showed us all the sights, took all the shortcuts to places and gave us great little "extra tidbits of information" also. His expertise on Rome was phenominal!!
I have beautiful photos of Rome thanks to Salvatore. One in particular is taken through a keyhole with a wonderful shot of St. Peter's in the distance!

Nicola was outstanding. Just a note to let you know how happy we were with the services you offered us while in Rome & Naples, Italy. The tour guides you gave us were all excellent! All of the tour drivers helped me with my wheelchair. They didn't mind taking the wheelchair out of the vehicle for me to use and then put it up when we were ready to resume the tour. Also the guides spoke English clearly enough and loud enough for my 84 year old parents (who are hard of hearing) to understand them.
When we were using your limo service, two of the three drivers we used did not mind dealing with my 3-wheel scooter. The driver, Jerry, who took us from Rome to Civitavecchia was very creative with packing the vehicle so that all of our luggage would fit as well as my scooter and wheelchair. He had a smaller vehicle to work with, but he didn't let this fact bother him. Jerry also made certain that there was plenty of room for the four (4) of us to sit comfortably and enjoy the ride. You offer such a great service! We enjoyed the tour of the Vatican with your driver picking us up at the Hotel Medici and taking us to Amedeo M. de Flaco for the tour. Once the tour was over, Amedeo stayed with us until your driver arrived to return us to the hotel.
The private tour of Rome with Salvatore was exceptional. He really made certain that we saw all the sights. If we were not certain about where to go, he came up with great places to show us. He circumvented the many of the crowds thus preventing us from having to fight the multitudes of other tourists.
Seeing Rome at night with Sebastian and his father, Vincent was nice. Sebastian and Vincent planned our sightseeing while driving. We saw how beautiful Rome is at night. The champagne was a very nice touch and appreciated by all of us.
We also enjoyed our driver, Jerry who picked us up in Rome and took us to Civitavecchia to catch our cruise ship. Even though he wasn't taking us on a tour, he gave us interesting information during the drive.
The private tour of Naples and Sorrento with Dominick was our favorite tour. After experiencing the cruise ship's tours, being with Dominick was far superior. He was waiting for us as soon as we departed the ship. In the four (4) hours with Dominick, he took us to a couple of factories, we saw a wonderful Roman Villa and beautiful countryside.
Whether we were taking a tour or being transported to a new destination, your vehicles were very comfortable. Part of my disability is a bad back. Riding in a car is very hard for me. However, with your vehicles I had very few problems. So, being comfortable allowed me to enjoy the ride or tour.
I will recommend your services to anyone who is planning a trip to Rome, Venice, Florence and/or Naples. Your tours are 100% better than any of the cruise ship's excursions.

Having caught our breath after returning from a 12 day Carnival Cruise Line Mediterranean cruise preceded by two days in Rome, I do want to thank you for the excellent service we received from your organization.

The Vatican Tour was great especially as we were able to avoid a tremendously long line thanks to your local guide. The transfer of the ten of us along with baggage from Rome to the ship went as smoothly as one could hope for.

Our tour in Naples to Amalfi and Pompeii was super - thanks to Ansel and his assistant. The lunch stop overlooking Positano was a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough as to the attentiveness of Ansel to our wishes.

The tour from Livorno to Pisa and Florence was also great and our thanks to your guide, Loretta. It was a bit hairy getting back to the ship but this was due to a very unusual traffic situation in Florence. Again the wisdom of your driver to take an alternate route got us back to the ship in time. Finally, we were concerned about the transfer from the ship to the Rome airport as we all had very early flights. However, as with all of your arrangements the driver was punctual and, like all of the others, quite professional, and we arrived at the airport with time to spare. my daughter hannah and i were picked up at the airport by roberto and i'm sure you'll remember how late our plane was(seems to be a common problem with us airways--we were delayed 6 hours in philadelphia on the return--the next day roberto showed us 3 packed hours of rome--then of course we went to sorrento with fabio and fabio took us to the airport.

both roberto and fabio showed a level of professionalism and courtesy not often seen in the hospitality industry today. they were knowledgable and eager to share the story of rome and italy. you need to know what great respect and loyalty both men have for you.

i grew up in the transportation business. my father drove and dispatched buses for a tour company,my mother gave custom tours and two of my sisters drove, i dispatched aircraft and fuel trucks and today my husband is a mechanic for a transportation company. our area has 1 million visitors yearly. we know about moving people--it can be the most frustrating and stressful,thankless job and then it can turn on a dime and somebody can make your day. when i think of your drivers using such large cars in an ancient city and pleasantly dealing with the issues that come up----well just say that these guys get two thumbs up.

Dear Bob,
Your services worked beautifully for us in both Venice and Rome. Your driver in Venice was on time, with his little name sign in hand, and took us from the airport to the main dock where he negotiated a favourable water taxi rate to the hotel for us. In Rome, Enzo was waiting at the gangway of the ship for us. We had, just as you predicted, picked up another couple on ship who also wanted to do the day tour of Rome and this was not a problem (since we had called your office the day before). We then put ourselves in Enzo's hands with instructions to cram as much into 8 hours as possible, and boy did he deliver! He knew exactly when to arrive at each site so as to avoid any lines whatsoever. I still tell my friends about arriving at the Colosseum and walking past a line of 300 people to the group ticket office (and we were a "group" of only 4!) where we purchased our tickets and walked right in all per Enzo's instructions. Bob's was the best! We did not know what to expect but got the best. Our driver was Joseph. He is a kind, extremely knowledgable and caring person. We used Bob's in 3 city stops on a cruise - Florence, Rome and Naples.

Joseph met us in all three ports. He took us where we wanted to go in a Mercedes van. If we wanted to stop and shop he took us to the type of stores we wanted. If we wanted ice cream he stopped. We went down side streets and saw many sights the tour buses missed. We also parked much closer to major attractions than the tour buses did so there was a lot less walking and more time to sightsee. This was a truly memorable evening and I thank you once again. I know room was made for us at very short notice and the food cooked for us was not what was on the menu for all the other people there. You did it! You made our trip to Rome very special. Your tours are everything you advertise and more. Our tour guide Enzo (Vinchenzo) was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Another great thing, he took to places that WE wanted to go - not just the places that the 'tour' normally went to. You say on your website that additional hours beyond the regular tour were also available. Again - when we asked Enzo to stay a couple of extra hours to take us to a few more sights - he did so with pleasure. While you and Enzo see Rome everyday, this trip may be our only
time in Rome and your company's willingness to go the extra mile was outstanding and truly appreciated. In both of our day-long trips(Rome city tour and Florence) there was never a time schedule set by Enzo - it was always up to us to determine how long we wanted to stay at the Coliseum or at Pitti Palace or wherever - yet he was always ready to go whenever we were.
Additionally, Remo (Remigio) picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we were leaving as was lots of fun. Plus - when there was a HUGE traffic jam around the airport, Remo knew the "back way" to get us there on

I wanted to take a minute out from my jet lag to let you know how much we appreciated the car service from and to the FCO airport. It was so wonderful to get off our long flight from Florida and find your smiling and impeccably groomed driver waiting. Then, of course, to be shown to an immaculate Mercedes and taken through the traffic of Rome with useful bits of information thrown in along the way.
