Payments

PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING MANNERS:
1) Payment directly to your driver at the end of each service only cash in Euro currency or in USD Dollars (if you pay USD a 5% commission will be applied).
2) By advance payment via Stripe through the links on our webpages or credit card through our office staff. No extra charge applied. You will receive an e-mail that we have received your Stripe payment.
3) Please print out a copy of pre-payment to show your driver when serviced.
4) We do not accept Credit Card payments as our drivers do not carry portable credit card machines. If necessary he will be happy to help you find a nearby ATM machine to draw money (not on Shared shuttle transfers).

CANCELLATION:
All cancellations by our clients are to be made only in writing by email (no texts, no voice mail, no phone calls or 3rd parties) and must be acknowledged by our company in the same manner. The date that the cancellation is received will determine if cancellation fees may apply.
a) No charges for cancellations regarding transfers made at least 2 days (48 hours) or more prior to the date of the service. If pre-payment has been made and the cancellation is made within the terms, the payment will be totally refunded MINUS the Stripe transaction fee.
b) No charges cancellations (excluding train tickets, entrance fees and whatever need to be purchased in advance) regarding tours, daytrips, and shore excursions made at the least 7 days  prior to the date of the services. In case of services pre-paid a total refund, (minus the Stripe fee) will be made if within the terms of cancellation.
c) No charges cancellations  (excluding train tickets, entrance fees and whatever need to be purchased in advance) regarding shared shore excursions made at the least 7 days prior to the date of the services.
d) No charges cancellations  (excluding train tickets, entrance fees and whatever need to be purchased in advance) regarding Multidays Package made at the least 50 days prior to the date of the services. In case of services pre-paid a total refund, (minus the Stripe fee) will be made if within the terms of cancellation.
No charge in case of flight cancellation due to the flight company or in case the ship doesn’t arrive.
Office staff we accept VISA/MASTERCARD and AMEX. No extra charge applied.
You will receive an e-mail that we have received your Stripe payment.
