Claudio was great with his knowledge and very helpful. The drivers were always on time and made our travel feel safe during Covid . Dan D27/10/2021Cruise Vacation with our own transfers. Good service from Bob's Limo's. we used their service 4 times during our 2 week cruise. From Rome airport to Hotel then Hotel to Cruise port , cruise port back to hotel then again hotel to airport. On time and nice Mercedes Vans. 4 of us with 4 big bags and carry on's. Plenty of room. Great drivers. Never had to wait. Will use them again.
Micki G01/10/2021Excellent service, careful driver I had a transfer from FCO (Rome) to Testaccio. Claudio (very neatly dressed in a suit and tie) was waiting with my name on a card as I exited Door 2. I waved and he immediately came around and took both my very heavy checked bags and led me to the van - which was exceptionally clean and smelling fresh. Along the way, Claudio would tell me where we were which was helpful to me as it had been more than two years since I had been to Rome. Claudio was a masterful, careful driver which I very much appreciated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He was both personable and professional. Our other driver was prompt and very helpful as well. Thank you, Bob, for your personal attention.Michael R14/01/2021Reccomended Tour Firm After being concerned that the paid tours I had reserved in 2020 were not being honored with Bob's Limo's, we spoke on the phone at his invitation. It appears that issues with the website have been causing problems for months. Bob assured me that our tours, cancelled by Covid 19 issues, could be re-scheduled for our planned trip to Italy in August/September, 2021. Bob is doing his absolute best to honor all prior commitments; a sign of a honest businessman and gentleman. Yes, I'd recommend Bob's Limousines.
Amanda F01/03/2020Transfer from Airport to Hotel in Rome We used Bob's to take us from the airport to our hotel in central Rome. The pickup at the airport was very easy. He was on time and easy to find. The car was very nice - a new Mercedes. The driver's English was good and he was friendly. Unfortunately, we were dropped off at the wrong hotel. Our hotel was the Hotel Nationale and we were dropped off at a hotel with a similar name. He had already drove off by the time we figured this out. We did try to call but only got voice mail. Luckily our actual hotel wasn't far and we made it there on our own. We emailed them and explained what happened and they responded right away and offered a free transfer while in Rome. We took them up on their offer and they took us to the train station for free when we left for Florence. It was an innocent mistake since the hotel names were very similar and they went out of their way to help make it right. The same driver took us to the train station and he was apologetic. We would highly recommend Bob's. Mistakes happen and Bob's did their best to rectify things and we appreciate that!lovedogs29/02/2020Transfer from cruise port to FCO Excellent in every way. Easy reservation on line before our vacation began. We were picked up from port after our cruise in comfortable van with four other cruise passengers. Driver came early, easy ride to airport. More relaxing, easier and less expensive than cruise transfers.

Diana was great and patient in helping plan our itinerary. All our guides and drivers were great and our time spent enjoyable. We would use them again without hesitation.
